Brody Beach Moment

Another reason to love the beach!  I smile every time I see a child building a sandcastle, using a plastic shovel to fill their buckets with sand, or picking up shells and live creatures from the tides and in between the rocks.  Just the expressions on their faces when they play or find an exciting treasure in the sand fills my heart.  I have to admit; I’m that way as well.

A dear friend from school posted this picture and I could not go without painting it! I hope she enjoys this as much as I had painting it. Enjoy the sunshine everyone! 😉

    • Thank you Katherine! Welcome to my blog! I am very envious of you as well. You turn out some beautiful jewelry which is an art in itself. We need to get together so we can learn from one another! Happy Summer! 🙂

  5. I think you brought out all you said, this post, in this one very special painting. Love the hat AND the green bucket to accent this piece.

    • Coming from an outstanding artist, I appreciate your sincere words about my painting. It is always nice to hear from someone who experiences the same as yourself! Have a wonderful day and thank you again for visiting my blog 🙂
