Showing some new styles and thoughts

I’ve had an absolute blast making jewelry, but I’ve realized I want to create something truly distinctive, memorable, and comforting to wear. My vision is a cohesive collection rooted in an organic, natural aesthetic that is neither too formal nor too casual. While I often wrestle with choosing between silver, copper, and brass, mixing these metals allows me to celebrate them all in every piece.

I’ve loved hearts since childhood, always finding ways to feature them openly or hide them in my creative projects. That obsession found a perfect outlet in fifth grade when my teacher started spelling my name with a "Y" instead of the usual "ie". I fell in love with the new spelling because it let me transform the loop of the "Y" into a personalised signature heart. That was the beginning of my obsession with hearts.

Although this piece does not show mixed metals, it's the beginning of a new style where you will see mixed metals evolve. Under pressure, 🖤 I created this copper heart using my hydraulic press, and I love how the facets turned out. It stands tall and proud, revealing a different perspective from every angle. Every side shines uniquely, bringing this piece together into a beautiful, geometric calm. It's what all of us want to feel at times, right?
